Car is definitely a BMW 1-Series 5-door.
Judging by the right-hand traffic, palm trees, hand-kart, prominent bicycle racks, Buddhist temple, Asian pedestrians, clothing styles, license plates, and Kanji on the merchant sign, I'm gonna have to go with China.
